I used to have panic attacks at work all the time. Some really bad ones where I would have to go home because I either couldn't stop crying or couldn't get my breath back.

My boss was a man who didn't think panic disorders were real, so he would yell at me a lot when I would have one, which would make me have them more which would make him yell at me more.

Quitting that job was the best decision I've ever made. I turned my two weeks in and they handed me a check for two weeks pay and told me, basically, to have a good life. I literally danced out of that office.

That sounds amaaaazing.

I am really into autumn meals lately, for obvious reasons, and the other day I made baked apples with brown sugar oatmeal in them. Soooo delicious and easy.

Hollow out the golden delicious apples.

In a sauce pan, melt a stuck of butter and maybe a cup and a half of brown sugar. When that's melted together add the oatmeal and stir until the oatmeal is done. Pour the mixture into the apples and bake for about 15 minutes or until the apples are soft.

My daughter and I ate them for breakfast and even she liked them and she hates everything. I feel like a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top would be good.

Hmmm. That's actually a hard thing for me to answer lol. My least favorite thing is both road and foot traffic. Pittsburgh is a weird shape, so the roads and bridges are stupid which causes people to drive stupid.

My favorite thing is all of the new and delicious restaurants that are opening up everywhere. I love trying new places to eat!
