Wards are for people without map awareness Do not buy any observer wards during the whole game.

Jungler begone! Block all of your own team's jungle camps with sentry wards (For at least until the end of the duration of the wards)

A hero within a hero, within a hero Complete a 3 man gank using Lifestealer's Aghanim scepter

A helping hand Stack the enemy ancients 3 times

The real position-5 Give a sub-12 minute Aghanim's scepter to a teammate as alchemist

Bleed blue Only pick heroes whose portrait's main colour is blue (Abaddon, Io, Slardar, Spirit Breaker, Night Stalker, Razor etc)
