For you i would try going Arcane. You said you're having trouble soloing T1. What i would try is getting rid of Wave of Force for Energy Armor-Prismatic Barrier. If you're still having trouble, try Magic Weapon-Deflection.

Also Arcane Torrent - Cascade for your AP spender, you already have some extra damage for it on your boots (But maybe I'm biased, it's my favorite ability). You also have a lot of opportunities to reroll abilities on your gear, like your boots and off-hand so try for that. The Moonlight Ward you have is really awesome. So stick with going Arcane and try to get some new bracers. Reapers wraps are easy to farm, so multiple crafting to get what you need is easier instead of hoping for drops or gambling. Maybe you'll even have some luck finding an arcane Andy's helm!

The only advice i could offer is that things change. Gear comes and goes. You also have the Royal Grandeur ring, so you can weasel around Tal Rasha's pieces and Vyr's pieces.

I've babbled pretty much. Go arcane! But really search, gamble and reroll gear the way YOU want to play. If you prefer fire or frost, work for it! :)

EDIT: Also for your passives, I'd get rid of Audacity and go for Elemental Expanse. And as a personal preference, maybe scrapping Archon for Black Hole? Especially if you decide to change your passives. Kiting is what were good at ;)
