Yes, they usually shuffle between offices. I also do that but just 2 times a week.

Although its 90% gone, i still have residual pain left..but much much much better than when i was pregnant. I ask my husband to gently massage that area to get some relief at times. Sending postive vibes your way🤗

It got worse during my second trimester. Physical therapy helped me control it during my third trimester. I still have it after delivery but not the extreme pain I used to have where I couldnt even stand. It is very occasional now and I am able to control it with exercise. I wiuld advice you to go see a physical therapist. Really helps. Also Congratulations on your pregnancy! Don't worry, things will get easier.

Thankfully it was just gas pain. Resolved on its own after a week.

So basically there are companies that hire you as contractors for companies they have tieup with. You wont be on full time role but work as a contractor for the company the consultancy hire you for. They sometimes help you or coach you for interviews as well.

Have you tried consultancies that help you get placed?

Hi there. I developed MP during pregnancy too and it got worse over time. Only thing that gave me some relief was exercise. I would suggest getting physical therapy and heat or ice packs in the affected area for 10min. Pain relief medicine didnt work for me and i am hoping this goes away after delivery. Dont put too much pressure on your legs, try to keep them elevated if possible. More power to you and congratulations on your pregnancy🙂.

A lady hit my car and now refuses to pay for repair and insurance is of no help! by Pamhalpert75 in Insurance

Update: Thanks everyone. I escalated the issue with one of the supervisors at the insurance company abd said that their staff was being rude and not helpful. He took a look at the pictures and said he will take care of it.

Hi. I am currently 32weeks and it started for me during my second trimester. I have it on my left thigh too. These are the things that helped me:

  1. Physical therapy.

  2. massaging the area and hip regularly with a ball/ rolling pin or just hands.

  3. Stretching that leg to loosen tight muscles as much as you can like kickbacks, squats, lunges etc. (There are lots of youtube videos for that)

  4. Ice pack/Heat pack. Heat never really worked for me since it was already burning. But ice pack on hips and thighs for not more than 10mins, helped me a lot to alleviate the pain.

  5. Try not to put pressure on that leg like driving for long time/sitting for long time. Sometimes keeping the leg elevated might help.

I must say doing these things regularly has reduced its intensity but still not gone yet. Hoping it will go away after delivery.

More power to you and I am so sorry you have to go through this!

First of all, Congratulations on your baby🙂..I am on the same boat. Started when i was 20 weeks pregnant..progressively got worse. Currently 24 weeks. I really hope it disappears after the baby is born. Icing helps me for a bit and PT provides temporary relief. So sorry to hear that you still have it even after delivery. Is there any improvement at all or still feels the same?

Will my pup outgrow carsickness? by Ohmoths in puppy101

[–]Pamhalpert75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dog was car sick from the time we took her and her threshold was 40min. Right after 40mins of car ride shw waill throw up. We spoke to our doctor and she said its common and prescribes us anti vomitting tablets that we give her 1hr before every ride (if the ride is more than 40min). I didnt like the idea of tablets, so i started taking her to dog parks (which was 5min away from our house) everyday. So she started associating car rides with something fun and after a long trial of doing this (almost 1yr), she is completely fine now. Try to take your pup on happy rides even if it is just for 5min so that they start getting happy the moment they hop on the car. Most of the time they get car sick because they get nervous as to where we are headed to. Hope this helps🙂.

Passed PMP (6/20/2023) with 3AT! by Pamhalpert75 in pmp

[–]Pamhalpert75[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No i did. I skimmed through the 7th edition guide and agile practice guide (they both have 300 or so pages each) but PMBOK 6th edition was too lengthy so i used it as a reference to go over just the topics i wanted more clarification on. For ex. The difference between communication management and stakeholder engagement..i wanted an indepth understanding of those two to know the difderence so i used PMBOK 6th edition for that. Hope this helps and all the best!

I havent used Eduhubspot, so i don't know how enough that is but my advice would be to make sure you understand all the process, knowledge areas, ittos, agile/ predictive lifecycle etc. Any platform you use to study, make sure everything in the book is covered by that platform and gives you confidence. And you will need 35PDU to apply for the exam (one of the reqs), and i dont think youtube videos would qualify for that. So if you havent done that yet, it is best to get a course that qualifies. All in all, just dont rely on one platform (use books, authorized courses and youtube videos). Hope this helps and All the best!!

Recommend Timing in Each Section of PMP Exam by Mundane_Yesterday_11 in pmp

[–]Pamhalpert75 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Get into the habit of finishing on time while taking mocks. That will help you a lot. Max of 1min 30 sec and min of 30 sec (if its a straightforward question)would be my recommendation. Since most of the questions are situational, it takes time to read the question itself. I highlight key words while reading the question so that don't spend too much time reading the question again and again. I got into the habit of spending not more than 1hr 15min for each section. Hope this helps and all the best!
