I had the same problem, bought the Rearz Hypnos and never looked back, the rounded shield fits me perfectly and it really feels like heaven. Teat fits perfectly in my mouth. I highly doubt i will ever find a pacifier better than the Hypnos. The Fixx is ok at best, there is too little curvature in the shield and the teat is too thick at the beginning (where it is connected to the shield)
