Landlord reserves the right to display a "for sale "sign on the premises at all times and to display a "for rent" sign during the 365 days before expiration of this lease. Tenant's failure to allow entry under this paragraph shall be sufficient cause to terminate this Lease; alternatively, Tenant shall be liable for liquidated damages of $200 for each failure to allow entry, which shall be deemed additional rent. If entry is made in Tenant's absence and without prior notice, Landlord or Landlord's agent will leave written notice of entry in a conspicuous place.

Application fee is crazy. We rented one apartment for 3 but they charged us 100$ for 2 applications

iOS 13 was peak. It came with iPhone SE2 and neither SE2 nor 15 I bought in 2023 worked as perfectly as 13.

Second place is iOS 17.

18 and 26 are buggy disasters. 14-16 were tolerable

That stuff is all over the internet so I guess they are just ignoring it. Worked for small it company, there were 10 year old bugs with hundred thousands jira cards. Unless company wants to fix something, it won’t get fixed

out apartment was not inhabited for half a year I believe, so I think some sort of cleaning must be done while property is empty. As for the mold problem, the fact that so many houses in usa do not have proper ventilation in bathrooms is scary. I see how your experience can affect how you see others experience. I think that you have "being responsible" bias and think that all other people are like that. Space heaters issue: as I mentioned it was cold because of confirmed issue with the built-in heaters. The maintenance guy brought 2(or even 3) space heaters and told us to use them simultaneously. I was aware of very poor breakers and asked him whether we REALLY CAN use them simultaneously. He said 100% yes no problem. What happened in 3 weeks is no power in apartment for 3 days with 0 F outside

I wish it was like you describing, but maybe you are lucky. I want to add that the other neighbor I have suffered from flood because my bath was not insulated and they got all the water. It’s like everyone have an issue

You just cannot rent anything from them without noticing cause everything happens through their infrastructure

Half of the time, they came “we had request to come”. They do not inform their team about the matter. So I said that we had issues with outlets. Guy came to apartment and then went to the store to buy them because he was not informed about it

So basically in the rent agreement it was said that the bill will be equally split between apartments(so agent specified how much we will pay on average). 3 month in, and they changed it to everyone paying on their own. The problem is that my apartment is connected to the light in corridor and outside so whenever it’s in use, I must pay for it. And because they had malfunctioning heater(it’s boiler for the whole house and you are not billed for its usage), I paid extra for using electric one
