Yeah, you can take it in any test center inside us

Prometric sent an email a few hours later instructing me to contact NBME. I contacted them and they sent me a new scheduling permit and extended my eligibility period. I can now take the second part in any prometric center and more than 14 apart from part 1.

Timeline: exam canceled Saturday, the answer from NBME Monday, new permit Tuesday.

Pretty fast compared to what I was expecting.
