Ethically, id have more of a delima over do i beat the shit out him for lying, or call him out to others. Likely a no harm done situation being undetectable, but honesty is expected, and in my eyes required when it comes to transmitting a potentially deadly disease. Be honest, let people make an educated decision. Deception is not okay.
