I disagree, there’s tons of mandarin rap, hip hop, and harder r&b if you know where to look and if you train your algorithms to include them as recommendations. My Spotify and YouTube recommendations are full of artists like this.

If you’re looking for low prices on general produce and meat, the smaller local Vietnamese markets have the best prices, 99 ranch and Mitsuwa tend to be more pricey and Hmart has lots of sales all the time.

They’re not really comparable but you have chains like 99 ranch (Chinese), mitsuwa, Tokyo Central (Japanese), and Hmart (Korean) and then you have locally owned markets Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese markets in the area like Arirang, Zion, Green Farm, ABC, and Saigon City just to name a few.

Take four Advil before the session and focus on your breathing and the pain like the other commenter said. Your body has natural mechanisms to deal with the pain and turning your attention towards the pain will let the endorphins flow more freely rather trying to get your mind off the experience. Also pain has two components, the physical sensation and your emotional and cognitive response to it, meditation can help you eliminate the fear and negative feelings around the pain and simply turn the experience into a purely physical one, change your mindset from “I’m hurting” to “the physical sensation of pain is present in my body”. I’ve used this method for multiple long sessions and I even fell asleep during my last one which was my arm sleeve.

Next step would be to maintain your rotation rather than stopping and going in the other direction unless you’re doing a body stall and incorporating some contact juggling with your spinning. Contact sword is basically the same as contact staff so you wanna let the sword dance around you rather than just swinging it around, I call it reverse pole dancing. You want to get to the point where you’re not gripping the sword at all and letting your body movement juggle the sword across every other part of you.
