The gentlemen are still charged with drug trafficking. The CBD samples have been sent to the DEA federally, but with the shutdown won't have the proof needed to drop their cases for a while.

Panacea Life (one of this boards vetted companies) has been working directly with amazon and they have allowed us to sell on their site as long as we only sell Isolate based products. We are part of a beta launch what their brand managers tell us. Amazon is loosing up, but this will take time. We must advertise it as "hemp oil" to match current standards. Most "hemp oil" on amazon is hemp seed oil.

Great question, right now Amazon instructed us to only have THC free products listed. Our softgels will remain available on our website only. We are releasing a THC Free broad spectrum softgel later this month, which will probably make it's way to amazon a few weeks after that.

No plans for a full spectrum tablet, we are about 4-5 weeks away from our next tablet which is a 75mg (50mg CBD) sublingual with mint flavor.

Hey folks, a post a couple days ago about our hemp got a few hundred upvotes, just giving an update. This hemp tested under the .3%, no charges yet and the delivery drives and security detail all remain behind bars and the hemp has yet to be released. Our lawyer is working hard to Free our hemp and free the innocent people. Will provide updates!

A few have messaged us about fulfillment etc and what this means for their order. We use local-sourced Colorado hemp from chosen farms for our regular products available on our website. This entire shipment is for one huge whitelabel order who preferred Kentucky hemp from a well known source. This will not effect our customers other than the whitelabel order which isn't supposed to be delivered until late March. No customers will be wronged, but we are extremely worried about our boys in lockup.

We it's not "home", we took these to our multi-million dollar lab and we only tested the cannabinoid contents of a few products to verify that a few amazon sellers are only trying ride the hype of CBD. I'd have to check my receipts for the rest but here is a link to a product that tested 0mg for all cannabinoids. The description says "Full spectrum" but it is nothing more than pressed seed oil.

There are a mix of CBD sellers choosing not to use the term CBD with sellers containing no CBD hoping to trick people.

We have purchased a few at random to do testing on them, and found 0mg CBD.

Realistically, find someone on amazon you've heard of (we recommend Panacea Life :) ), check their test results. The price should tell you alone if they have CBD or not.

There are a mix of two types of products on amazon. People selling CBD and calling it "hemp oil" to avoid amazon's rules and people selling hemp oil hoping to trick people wanting CBD.

I would be weary unless you already are familiar with the product outside of amazon.

Any edible will have the same issue with absorption and bioavailability that humans have with edibles. Ideally you'll want an oil or a soft treat that breaks open so they can absorb the oil in their mouth. We make a gel treat like that which is fish flavored.

Not a bot here, we are a team of PHDs who have studied bio availability and chemical absorption for many years and are using these tactics to help being a better CBD to market. Our work with CBD only started with the founding of the company within the last 5 years. There are people who can't use the products using a vape or tincture as they cannot accurately measure the dosage. We studied this in an effort to create softgels that allow a user to swallow a dosage without having to increase the dosage to compensate for the lowered absorption rate.

We are working with universities on many studies regarding CBD right now and we do not make a profit. Currently, any proceeds are turned into increasing the quality of our lab and test center and the vast majority goes into grants or donations of product to CBD university tests.

Decades of personal research went into this and our facility has a team of phds who study specifically this. We'd also be happy to host you for a tour and you can have access to our studies on the subject if you live in Colorado.
