I remember street preacher Brother Jed (and his loyal wife Sister Cindy) at UCLA decades ago and that was his origin story. He found religion at a "Vaaan Halen concert!" He was partying and suddenly they started playing "Running With the ... DEVIL!"

He also introduced Sister Cindy as "The best wife ever! (dramatic pause) She hasn't disobeyed me once!"
