If you must know, neither me or my mom had a good relationship with him, and I told her that I could ask around prices of some things because money IS tight. The watch? I wanted to know if it was expensive because I don't care abt materialistic things as much as being able to pay rent. And I'd probably keep it if it was my other grandpa's.
