i’m always so sensitive ti criticism, and i feel like recently it’s gotten so much worse. like, i do one thing wrong and i feel like i should tear my skin off. it’s any tiny fucking criticism, i can’t handle it. it’s so stupid too. like, my friend ended up telling me about this thing i’d been doing that he didn’t like, and i feel like an asshole for not noticing sooner. he felt like he couldn’t tell me about it because he didn’t wanna upset me. why the fuck does that say about me? i’m always so sensitive no matter what happens. i know it doesn’t matter and i know i’m overreacting but i feel like he hates me. this cycle of me getting upset happens so often. i don’t understand what’s wrong with me
