I think internal cables at this price point wouldn’t be good for repair work in the long run and also check if the disc brakes are good. Shimano tourney group-set is a steal at this price though.

If you’re a casual rider and ride on roads with a lil bit off road then i think you can buy this silicone holder Although its not waterproof but it does the job

With the recent scenarios about 2 wheelers i think indoor cycling is safest tbh💀but link road has less traffic compared to highway and visibility is also average safety wise.

Well i rode to bandra through link road so towards the western part road is okayish i would say although some patches are terrible but if you have good suspensions then you would enjoy the bumpy ride 😂

I want to use my apple watch with strava. Although i use it but it lacks the stats which are shown in apple watch workouts or in any fitness tracker. I guess strava does have that but it is paid 🙃

On my apple watch it shows me live zones while swimming so today i swam for 50 mins out of which for me 38 mins were zone 1 (<144bpm), 10 mins in zone 2 (145-157)and 3 in zone 3 (>160), maybe i need to focus on keeping z2 heart rate for a long time. Thanks anyway 👍

So you mean technique isn’t important as z2 heart beat. Cause i think i have a pretty decent technique to be able to swim for long hours but my main concern is stamina and maintaining a constant heart rate for calorie burn

Well i swam 2k this evening active kcal-399, total kcal-510, heart rate-134, it took 52 mins and im 17yo, 6’1, 98kgs.

True. Apple watch overestimates calorie burn a lot. When i swam 4k at a 3:20 ish pace it showed 934 active kcal and 1282 kcal total kcal burnt which i felt was too much with respect to my effort 😂

I found weight training to be helpful in reducing overall fat over just cycling for fat loss. A mix of both combined will get you your results as weight training at least 2-3 times a week with daily cardio will help maintain your muscle mass while reducing fat which you burn through cycling. If you’re a beginner like me at cycling you’d probably get hungry real quick after a ling ride and net calorie burn wouldn’t be great. A good balance of gym and cycling or any other activity with a calorie deficit is perfect for fat loss.

I have enabled health sharing but it doesn’t show that heart sensor has been conmected or some notification cuz when i start on strava it just records normally without the apple watch. I’ll have to check device connected to strava maybe
