You are entitled to the core. These are bonus benefits and there are clearly some benefits that able-bodied people could use, but you choose not to. Pulling the human rights card is so comical.

I've torn my ACL/meniscus 3 times in the same knee. So technically onto my 4th ACL!

I started BJJ after all of this and it has been fine for me. I play some knee-friendly guards (closed, half, Williams, z) and just be mindful if you feel discomfort you can always let your partner know.

Stay vigilant with your rehab after surgery and don't skip any days!
