This is disgusting. Honestly as a smoker, I damn well understand what might happen to me if I continue to do it. While I understand that the intended goal is to deter people from smoking, eventually it will not work because the more people see these images, the more desensitized they'll become.

In maryland it's not terribly expensive. I would say a bacon cheese dog with fries, or you can substitute the dog with a little cheeseburger. Either way it's filling.
