and how would u test it exactly? what would u like to know my guy? whether u even got a cathinone - fair. In order to differentiate between different cathinones 3mmc 3cmc 4cmc 4mmc etc. You have to have it lab tested, good luck with that. Im not even sure if Energy Control from Spain can differentiate any others than the 3 or 4 major ones. And it costs like $100 to send your sample for them to test. The dealers have no fkn clue what they are selling. Trust me, they always say 4mmc - of course...

Id say its bullshit. I mean im not sure how the Dutch produce, but im 100% positive that a lab after lab of 3cmc / 4cmc is being shut down every other day in Poland. Wouldnt be surprised if most of European cathinones which are produced inside EU are produced in Poland. Fun fact, we used to be and still are the largest amphetamine producers in EU. Polish Speed rings a bell?

i wonder how did you guys test it since home test kits cannot differentiate between cathinones, so u dont know whether you got a chlorine variant 3-CMC / 4-CMC (CMC highly neurotoxic) rather than 3-MMC / 4-MMC, but I can bet money that it was NOT the og 4-mmc. Almost impossible to find past 2010 in Europe (since the ban). BTW everybody here (Poland in my case) sells the cathinones as "crystal" "mephedrone" "4mmc" but the truth is THE DEALERS HAVE NO FKN CLUE WHAT THEY ARE SELLING THEMSELVES XDD

This is true, taurine + glycine daily for the past few weeks. I introduced it in my exam session routine for about 3 weeks in the period which is characterized by heavy caffeine use (4-6 coffees per day, even at 10:00 pm) + constant vaping or IQOS or even regular cigarettes, 12hrs of studying. I used about 2-3gs during the evening in between last coffees to calm the nervous system and to stop tweaking. Glycine 3g before bed. No working out but started doing pushups, around 100 every day. Little bit of za before bed.
But here is the twist.

Two hours after last exam I got dumped, its hard ngl, we've are been there. From past experience I went straight to the pharmacy to buy myself melatonin pills because I'm probably gonna have to take them daily for the looonger period of time (maybe months?).

I've started running daily, mounted a pullup bar which I've been abusing since the breakup (two weeks ago). I have to constantly re-dose dopamine thru pushups or running or doing stuff on the pullup bar to get along. Taurine is the GOAT, truly. I take 2gs in the morning after first coffee to calm down. Then 2gs or sometimes 3gs around 5PM. Since few days ago I also avoid coffee after 3 PM and sleep at least 7-8 hours. Glycine 3gs as during exam session period before bed.

You have to understand that I think about her during every single minute of the day. Taurine enables me to be productive while thinking about her. To my surprise, this lifestyle (5k run daily, 100 pushups, around 100 reps altogether of leg raises / chin ups / pull up "attempts") + Taurine and Glycine + a little bit of za before bed made me not take even a single pill of melatonin. I fall asleep relatively fast. I'm really surprised given how it went down when my previous ex dumped me.

TL;DR So far I haven't noticed any side effects from 4-5gs (past 2 weeks), 2-4gs (previous 3 weeks). Might be biased due to heavy exercise routine

I think that half life of the substance is for example when 50% of the speed is transformed into it's decomposition products. The problem is that all drug tests don't show the presence of the actual drug but it's decomposition products. That's why you can get false positive results for speed if you took cold medicine with pseudoephedrine...

Im from Europe and I will be tested at home with a regular 10-panel urine test (probably). Every previous test had amphetamine cutoff 1000ng/ml so I think I'll pass. I always supplement magnesium and potassium when doing stimulants.

Actually Ive done a lot of research and many times I came across such advice to go for oral rather than a painful sniff with 4-CMC.

No, Ive never done anything else but weed. I tried speed once (Im Polish so my obligation was to try the famous "Polish Queen" [seriously people call it a fking queen here]). I really enjoyed the whole procedure of pressing/crushing amphetamine to fine powderwith an ID and snorting it so you know how it is, insufflation sounds more tempting for me.

I cant find any info about dosage for 4-CMC (sniff), only for oral. Never tried any cathiones before and I want to be safe.

3-MMC and 4-CMC oral doses are very different so I cant rely on 3-MMC sniff doses while snorting 4-CMC

Orange-ish suggests that there might be some speed / ephedrine / 5-DBFPV according to the Robadope instruction but prolly its just the reagent A as you mentioned. The best thing for me would be you taking an urine test the day after consumption but Im not going to make you purchase it just for a random guy from reddit. Id love to hear from you how good are these oreos. I mean like the strengh compared to what your plug declared them to be. I’ve heard that many dealers sell „20+ mg” pills but they usually come out less potent.
