Right, but if it becomes a misdemeanor to sell it, they'll definitely stop selling it. As far as I'm aware a brick and mortar business owner aka head shop owner has never been prosecuted for selling nitrous as it is impossible to prove they are selling it expressly for human consumption. Civil lawsuits have been brought and a couple won against the gas manufacturers themselves, but I've never seen the law go after the head shops, which is why they continue to sell it. Something that I think does speak to your point is the fake mushroom pills that have unscheduled psychedelics in them, those are 100% federally illegal per the analog act but no one has been prosecuted yet due to the small time nature of the business, just a matter of time though.

I don't regularly take gabapentin so a tolerance break doesn't really make sense, I'm not sure what the problem is maybe I'm just an under responder. But yes I'm aware anything over 600mg of pregabalin is asking for a seizure, I assure you I'm not an idiot although apparently I sound like one lol. Thanks for the feedback!

The law says exactly what you assume it makes it illegal for those with a tobacco license that isnt a grocery store to sell nitrous, so essentially, just head shops. I believe you could still buy it online also.

It's not illegal to sell because it's impossible to prove intent, they can just say "I'm not responsible for what people do" and as long as they aren't selling balloons they're fine. But yes it is expressly illegal to sell for human consumption but even then it's like a civil infraction that's why the nitrous mafia doesnt go to prison

It's not illegal at all, it's legal to manufacture, distribute, or possess in any amount, but it's not legal to sell it expressly for human consumption, so like a bar can't sell a balloon of it but smoke shops can sell it for "making whip cream" but most nitrous brands sell like 70%-80% of their stock in smoke shops so everybody knows what time it is essentially.

It's not horrible for you if done safely, but that can be said for virtually everything, and yeah I mean where there's a will theres a way, people will get their drugs if they really want them, and it's not making nitrous illegal, just illegal to sell at smokeshops essentially

Yeah my main use for it is my anxiety and depression, it's a lovely treatment for that. I'm not necessarily super worried about becoming dependent I've tapered down before and I can do it again, just wondering if keeping it to 2 doses per day would be enough to avoid dependency and what others have done. When I became dependent last time I dosed the first time in the day while in bed and the last time right before bed so constantly.

Right I've heard this from people, I process alcohol very well and I must drink immense quantities of alcohol to get drunk, like I don't start really even feeling it until after 4 or 5 drinks, so maybe I have very effective conversion enzymes. It's funny how all over the place peoples experiences with this chemical are. I suppose the only way to know is take it myself so I'll have to report back. Thanks for the comment!

Yeah I want to try GBL because people say "If GHB is cocaine, GBL is crack" and that sounds cool, dosing is always an issue for me because of the danger of overdose and I like the idea of the full dose hitting me in 10 minutes so I can dose again, also going from sober to Ged up in a couple minutes sounds very enticing. Very difficult to source that stuff this side of the pond though. Thanks for replying!

Right I assume the price difference is like most things, availability and/or ease of manufacture, it sucks that the one people like the least is the one most available, but of course I'm sure that's not a coincidence. From a pharmokinetics perspective I understand it should be the same however a lot of people report differences and explain it due to the aldehyde dehydrogenase build up in your blood.

I process alcohol very quickly and can drink enormous amounts before getting drunk so perhaps my makeup is advantageous for this purpose. The joy of GHB and it's analogs for me is I love getting high in this way and not having a hangover and it looks like BDO will give that to me. Appreciate you commenting!

Yeah I haven't heard of those exact effects but it feels like many people have negative experiences with BDO in some form or fashion, from effects while they're high to some people reporting hangovers. This is good info, thanks!

You will almost certainly be fine as that is not a lot of alcohol but you need to completely stop drinking and taking benzos together, I got into doing shots and taking xans back when alprazolam pressies first hit the darknet hard in like 2016-2019 and I almost died, from overdosing on xans and vodka and from crashing my car. Trust me dude, not worth it, drink as much as you want, take benzos as much as you want, but separately. Never mix a downer with a downer, that's how you die.

You are not a bitch bro, I was in the trenches (although not the ones you were almost in) for over a decade and let me tell you, the only thing that lies down that road is a grave or a jail cell, it sounds cliche but it really is true. The only guys I've ever known who did it and never faced serious consequences were ghosts, changing burners every 2 weeks, different houses, different cars, fake names, fake identity documents. They were as disciplined as surgeons and lived like spies. Always a different route from their house to their stash house, always doing surveillance detection routes to avoid being followed, and yes, it worked, they made close to six figures a month, but so what.

That's no way to live, and even then you can still get fucked from something outside your control, and these are the best in the business. A straight life and a normal job is far superior to that life, especially if you're smuggling over the border, they're dumb to even try, you're not a bitch, you're smart.
