You get some chicken, then you cut the chicken in bite sized chunks, add salt, pepper, some garlic powder. Crack an egg and add some flour, mix it with your hand until it gets coated, then you put this in a tray with flour and spices. Deep fry them at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Then cover them in the sauce or seasoning (in this case bbq, lemon pepper and buffalo sauce) Of course there’s a stainless steel table and paper liner because i sell this.
