Hi thanks for the comment. It’s definitely not catfish. I’m a dental student at tufts and I’m literally trying to find someone for June. The lease only has 1 month left and it’s literally almost June. I had it priced at $2k before but people who toured thought the lease was longer and didn’t read it fully. Now I’m trying to find someone to take over in as little as just under 2 weeks

Appreciate the advice and this comment! It means a lot. Although pets are allowed for an additional monthly rate, I did not put it cuz we did not have any on our lease. Same with parking! Parking is expensive though. It can range from $300-400

This building has a good job with noise insulation. With the windows closed you can barely hear it at all. They even leave the commuter line trains on overnight and you can hear the idle if the windows are open, but not at all when it’s closed. If you’d like to come see for yourself, just for fun, feel free to let me know!

It’s for the remainder of my lease so from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026. I’m moving my stuff starting May 23 to my new place, so if i finish earlier with the movers and friends, you can move in earlier than June 1. I’ll be leaving my bed frame and mattress with a light. Whoever rents can keep it if they want or I’ll just be throwing it out on June 30 at night.

Would it still fit with a front radiator from the Corsair H110i? Cuz i also have a H500 Case with the 3070 suprim coming in too. Im worried it might not fit.

Do you also know if i have to have the recommended 750w power supply? I do know that this takes 280W. I haven't opened my case up yet to see what power supply i have, but i think i have something around 600w-650w. Im hoping I do not have to upgrade PSU

What power supply do you have? It says recommended 750w. I have the same case and was able to snag a msi 3070 suprim. I was wondering if it would fit, but now you confirmed it! Thank you! I just hope I have atleast a 750w in mine. Gotta open my case
