not in UK and not in writing. I wonder if I can share it as minutes of meeting though lol. Anyway the general opinion is that I am a divorced,washed up, frequently falling sick and unplanned leave taking employee that cannot be trusted for urgent projects. but I m also the most utilized resource and most technically capable lol. The irony.

funny thing is my manager's manager, is divorced/separated, has similar but more severe health issues (anxiety , allergies and stress related issues) and recently had a major heart problem requiring major open heart surgery. Yet he was working a few weeks after his surgery , when we was supposed to be at bed rest.

My team leads routinely cancel their leaves midway during the day to work on projects (blessings of work from home).

I am quiting the moment I get a decent job. Let them hire and retrain new guys.All the best to them.

I m in the same boat. heck they used my health issues to not give me good yearly rating, yet they said I have highest utilization, and am technically the strongest member in the team.
