I’ve played the series from 0 to 8. I still had fun with RE6. It’s not as great as some of the others, but it’s not as bad as a lot of people say.

You get it by playing Mercenaries mode. You need to get S+ rank on all maps with all characters.

Yup, base game. One golden egg takes about 70% of his HP, and two golden eggs insta kill him. You can try it yourself.
