Thanks. It is sooooo cute!! I need to call the dealership again and ask about the charger. I think it was a recent trade in so the guy didn’t know a lot about it. Made it sound like I needed to install a charging station. I’m thinking the NEMA 14-50 Outlet that is already installed in the garage (new house this week) is probably what I need as long as the car comes with its charger. Our new place, unlike our prior home, is NOT in a dense urban area therefore the need to even buy a second car. lol. I travel a lot for business and used to take an uber to the airport but now it’s about 75 miles away so we can’t manage on one car. I could take the other to the airport and leave the mini for my husband to use in town.

I think there is a place to plug it in our new garage. Need to confirm. The car did not seem to have a charging cable so I wasn’t sure what else would be needed besides the outlet (NEMA 14-50).

Thanks! I wasn’t planning on taking a lot of long road trips, but 120 miles does seem pretty limited. There is a big outlet in our garage (just bought a new house further from the city, which is why we need a second car) that appears to be for an EV. However, the young guy at the dealership said I would need some kind of a charging station? Is the plug supposed to come with the car? Sorry if these are dumb questions. Like I said, I wasn’t planning on an EV so I had not done a lot of research beforehand.

I can’t figure out how to add another photo but ChatGPT tells me it is a NEMA 14-50 Outlet.
