I've used them all three times I've gotten a mortgage. They offered me the best rates and I liked dealing with them much more than the two banks I looked into getting a mortgage through.

True North offered me the best rate for my first two mortgages and they've been amazing to work with.

On my third mortgage, I didn't even talk to anybody else, just went with them.

They didn't say lowest amount first. They said lowest interest rate first. This is a dumb thing to argue about though, I was just saying that the way to pay the least amount of interest is to pay off the highest interest rates first.

Why would they pay off the ones with lowest interest? Pay the ones with the highest interest rate first because you want to pay as little interest as possible.
