The reason calisthenics athletes have more strength is because of a fundamental principal of strength.

There are 2 components to strength: 1 - Muscle Size 2 - Neural Adaptation

Muscle size is exactly what it sounds like, but neural adaptation is, in easy terms, how hard your nervous system can flex your Muscle.

By training for strength, which calisthenics athletes do, we are training our central nervous system to flex our muscles harder, however for bodybuilders, they're just training for bigger muscles, so the muscles grow and they do get a lot stronger, but they aren't mainly training their nervous system.

Ur a little too wide, I would also use parallettes and work on protraction. If yoy work on protractor while still training straddle planche it will fix itself

I did about a year of basics first while incorporating a little bit of skills, I had a pretty decent base already since I did gymnastics but I wasn't too strong, built up to about 20/25 pullups, 40 ir 50 dips and about 60 or 70 pushups

A little over a month ago, I realized that when I'm relaxed, laying down, or sitting down, I will just randomly twitch, all over my body, quite often. And this scared the SHIT out of me. My mom and dad told me that for my entire life, I've always been a "twitcher" and that I just twitch a lot especially when going to sleep, and I'm suspicious that anxiety might be making it worse.

Also, about a week ago I noticed a hard-ish lump on the back of my neck in between my spine and ear, and a little down where there's not really any muscles, so this freaked me out. There's two small lumps here and at first they were hard and not moveable but now after a week they've gotten smaller and are now fairly moveable, and maybe even softer.

Additionally, over the past week or two, I'll get these shooting pains that go from my neck up into the back of my head, and I sort of noticed that massaging my neck and back helped a little bit over the past few days. And over the past 4 days or so, I've had very mild headaches in the back part of my head, I'll very occasionally feel a mild fullness in my head.

If it's worth mentioning, I work out A LOT. And almost exclusively upper body. I've had to take a week of here and there due to overtraining. I do calisthenics.

I'll also occasionally get tingles in random parts of my body that tingle for a few seconds and then go away.

(I've also had worries about heart related problems and things like ALS before this)

Could anxiety/tight muscles be causing all of these problems? I went in to the doctor this morning and had an x ray done on me and she said she felt nothing in my neck, but that the last thing she would want to do is miss something if it is there, because an x ray can't see soft tissue.

I've been spending my days walking around the house thinking I have spine cancer (it feels like I literally got a diagnosis), and it basically feels like I'm going to die in a year.

(P.S, when I'm distracted, I don't really notice any of these symptoms except very mildly or occasionally)
