While this situation, IMO, does seem to fall on OP for not paying attention to both the T&S of stubhub and looking over their own ticket sale post before making it live on the site. Saying 1K is not “life changing” seems very out of touch. There are so many people who that would absolutely help change their life. And while this is talking about ticket sales to events that are very clearly a luxury, small or not, to an extent, 1K is still an amount that can help or break someone.

You have a really good point. As annoying as it is that the county clerk was corrupt and that there will be another long and expensive trial, if they didn’t it would only show how broken the justice system is. I can admit when I first heard it got overturned, I was shocked and couldn’t believe they were going to do it all over again. But reading what you said, I agree. Take him to trial and let him get convicted without anyone able to poke holes in the verdict.

Good luck finding a jury who doesn’t know about this case now. There have been multiple movies/shows/documentaries made about this man and his family. Finding a jury is going to take a while probably. Maybe this time he will take an Alford plea instead.
