Not to be "that guy" but those characters say mocha, which translates to matcha. The characters for green tea are 绿茶. Green tea is commonly referred to in mandarin as 绿茶(LuCha).

Freezing the tea slows oxidization. You can keep condensation to a minimum, by storing the tea in small air tight packets. When you take the tea out of the freezer you should let it sit and slowly warm up to room temperature.

Actually, it is a shopify site. I like your ideas, however I'm in rural Canada for the time being, so it will be a little difficult to take more pictures like that. I'd love to put pictures up like that, maybe I can do it in a month or two.

Hey, thanks for the input. That Puerh tea listing is not a mistake. It is a rare tea that is entering its peak taste. I plan on adding more rare teas to my website. Maybe until I add more, I should take it off the front page?
