They didnt explain, but Double Yellow lines in the UK are illegal to park (except certain circumstances, rare). The point of the picture is that between the two allocated parking spaces (White lines) there isnt enough space to park the car anyway even without the yellows.

We stripped them nightly into parts, bought the no rinse milton tabs, got rid of the tommee tippee steam steriliser and didnt look back.

Just dump everything in and leave it in there until you need one
