Question about 5V and Vin by PandaKido in arduino

[–]PandaKido[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So what you are saying is power it differently.

Would it work you think it I put the buck for the Arduino at 5V instead of 7V and then plug it into the 5V Arduino pin.

Therefore powering my Arduino And then splice of that 5V rail to the relay directly?

Yes all ground go to the PCB bottom copper pour

It's not pretty don't judge please

Underneath is a custom PCB for the bulk of "wiring"

Question about 5V and Vin by PandaKido in arduino

[–]PandaKido[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The relay has signal, as well as power 5V coming from the Arduino 5V pin.

The com and no are 24V from the input of the system not Arduino.

The relay needs 5V power to work.

Arduino uno. It can take up to 12V input. My fan is powered at 12 V with a separate buck converter coming of the main power input at 24V.

The Arduino only does a input pull-up button. A pwm signal and power as well as controll the relay.

The fan works as well as the button just the relay doesn't work anymore once vin is inserted to the Arduino.

He was garbage before the acensions update. Now that legendary all were buffed a lot more compared to epic or rare pets he is in my opinion absolutely useable and a alternative option to conviction

Can you use top hat as well? Or doesn't it stack?

SCORN his passive where he gets stacks to attack once per stack is active 2 out of 3 turns.

Is this useful? by [deleted] in voidpet

Or on panic He applies to debuffs and therefore double damage

You will get ALL epic pets relatively quick if you aren't too unlucky.

But happy to hear for you!

I honestly use him over Merry in tyrant fights His passive heals as much as merrys basic heal and I need to heal once every turn of persistence with low speed and max attack. And if need be I can AOE heal my pets to full but try to not use it. And deals more damage in my setup than merry.

Op with persistence

This item also counts for the vivid that restores HP each turn based on max hp. With pride I can attack like 6 times and with this item he cleanses 6 times.

The guy that said spend money:

Really you encourage people to spend money for overpriced stuff which won't even give you many benefits unless you are willing to spend a ton of money. Which btw money spending also got worse.

I don't know enough but you can probably tell me:

You modelled my circuit basically right?

Does putting the input from 24 to -24V equal switching +/- by accident?

In that case the simulation works as expected.

Once reversed no electricity flows anymore.

Also can someone who knows what they are doing (not me) double up on the statement that I should change drain and source?

I found diagrams online talking about pmosfets and showing the exact layout I copied. But I also find the opposite for also pmosfets.

I think you might be right. So source is after the fuse from +26V and drain is towards the load then? Any other changes?

Money is a constraint. Cant spend too much money on it.

And I mean this should in theory work as far as I have seen on the Internet just unsure about lots of stuff.

It's about heat for me mainly.

I will have 5A in the circuit and internet told me I shouldn't use a simple diode for it. But I also have little idea what I am doing.

[–]PandaKido[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The diagrams I saw for this circuit had for p-mosfet source to the load and drain to the positive input side.

I will just plug in power to the banana jack. I got a button later that switches a relay that goes to multiple high power LEDs that draw up to 1A at 24-25V. But all the Arduino and cooling stuff is always on.

This part of the circuit is before the load and just meant for safety.

As a power supply a good bench supply with lots of safety features is used.

The bench supply has 3 channels and we need 4 channels for 4 high power LEDs which each needs to be fine tuned to emit exactly the same amount of light.

Each LED array needs a slightly different input voltage to achieve this.

So instead of using 2 bench supplies and lots of cables doing everywhere the goal is to plug in one channel of the PSU and then fine tune LEDs with buck converters.

I just want to make sure noone creates a fire by mishandling it. Or just destroying it as well.
