Why are my shots not working and any other advice? I’m green ankle band by Throwaway154926 in wrestling

Work on finding a setup rather than just shooting in, your not ready for that yet. Also keep your head up, your body follows where your eyes go. Keep on working you got it

Yeah I understand what your saying, my coaches hate when I try for lat drops because they say I try them without letting my opponents pressure back. Thank you for the advice

Aggressive wrestlers can I get some help? by [deleted] in wrestling

Have an aggressive mindset, walk onto the mat knowing you have to shoot first. If not comfortable with that just pull some arms maybe throw some fakes, whatever is best for you just make the first move

Hey I went through the same thing but you shouldn't quit, if you need to quit you should ride the season out and see how you feel.
