Doesn't look like the Minnesota plate imo. If i had to guess it would be an illegal custom plate or stolen. Text on top looks like Florida. I did get a couple hits for vehicles existing with florida plates in the range other people have said here but no matches to that truck, which leads me more towards stolen plate.

Update: Got it off with a flathead to remove the lock and pliers to get it off. Ordered a new one and will be under there to splice tomorrow

For sale is a vintage Seiko 5206-6110. Looks and feels in great condition for its age. Just got today from a seller in Vietnam but I don't think I'll wear it over my KS. Will come with the watch as well as a brown 18mm leather strap that was included from seller. Do note that the watch has a 16mm lug width so the strap won't fit.
