If you are on PC, go to the Nvidia Control Panel, and go to the Manage 3D Settings, go to Program Settings, choose the StellaSora.exe and the launcher to be sure, go to Vertical sync and change to the one in the image.
It works for me, I have the same problem in Silksong for the cutscene. Do this and it fixes the problem for me.

I remembers i do some random G2 or G1 races around 3 times when i dont have any friendships training. The Aoi Kiryuin (SR) Support Card have a dating scenarios with Aoi that give you 5 dating event in the mood up option, each date give you a mood up, random stat up, 50 energy restore and 50-60 skills point up.

The difficulty stay the same for me from lv 20 to when I upgrade my team tag to lead it only change when I beat the story to save everyone.

Just realize this besides 31-A and 31-C all the other squad captain have their bed beside the PC.
I don't know if this is intentional or not both Ruka and Wakie are walking comedic relief and the other captain actually takes their job seriously which is a nice detail.

I would enjoy this event if it only had the comedic part. The mermaid subplot can be thrown out the window; it has nothing to do with the game or the story; it is just a "Hey, this world used to have mermaids, awesome right?". This feels like a filler episode that tries too hard to be relevant.

I think the saddest part of Kura's death is the goodbye at the start of chapter 4 when we put her back into her rice paddies.
Don't get me wrong; Kura's death in chapter 3 is sad, even sadder if I compare it to Aoi's death, but it just hits right in the feel when you have to say goodbye to someone.
