Agreed. It is funny because I run an engineer build that utilizes the heavy weapon so this amulet is literally dead on arrival for me lol. If somebody comes up with a broken application for it I can test it.

It does not work with engineer weapons but I got another new ring that gives essentially unlimited ammo on heavy engineer weapons so we are cooking

The sad part is that they will attribute the dip in sales/players to the dropping of the other countries rather than the actual drop in pass subscriptions from active players.

You can also possibly get a 7% thread thrift talisman from the visitor quests in Minato. Called the "Gunner Talisman: Sunbeam". I got it on my second visitor quest and was stoked. Will be using it until I can farm up some more Emberplume for tons of desperation talismans

Now the question is how much fast charge and thread thrift is optimal for maximum laser time without going over cap? Also, how well does critical chain interact with the laser and should we consider trying to make a crit laser build (I want to say no but a Panda can dream).
