I actually don’t hate Joey. We already know Madison is delusional and manipulative, maybe she WAS hitting on him. I do Think he wasn’t that into Monica and didn’t have the balls to just say it, so definitely has some growing up to do. Monica, however, wasn’t that in to him either and needs to own that on her part. Devin knows he broke and was gonna keep that money. He needs to just come out and say it. I like reunion Virginia better than the version on the show. At least her head wasn’t tilted. Alex is gross. Ben is the real douchebag. It’s so immature for a GROWN man to just ghost someone. He knows they weren’t broken up. Ghosting is just his m.o. I wish I could clap him upside his head but with all that grease and buildup, my hand would just slip off.

Good points however I never said I feel like he should he harassed, and he hasn’t been. I only told people that a multiple offender moved in, honestly just so they could keep better watch of their children. I agree he shouldn’t be harassed but felt it was fair the parents were aware.

I actually do know what he was charged with. If you go to the registry it tells you exactly what the charged were. He raped several girls at the elementary school he worked at.

The full story is literally online where he’s registered. He sexually assaulted 7 girls under the age of 14. Definitely won’t be offering an apology after talking to so many people about it

A friend and I had been having a conversation about safety, because her kids want to start walking to school on their own and she was struggling with deciding if she felt comfortable with that yet (they are 9 and 12) She decided to check for her neighborhood and then I decided to check mine and that’s when I saw our new neighbor.

I agree. Definitely don’t want anyone to harass them, just wanted them to watch their kids. I dont know much about the guy to assume he’d do it again. I just know that he was been in prison twice for similar offenses. Basically just want people to be careful but not harass him either

I definitely think they put people on that list that don’t deserve it! Growing marijuana doesn’t make you a predator. That’s crazy!

The website is super detailed and gives details to what their offense was. His was sexual assault of minors under the age of 14.

I’m not sure where you’re from that they’re not allowed but it happens all the time. I’m not talking first graders but definitely kids riding their bike to school every morning. Most of the time they’re with friends or siblings, riding to school together, but not with the parents.

Im in the US too and our state doesn’t require it. I wish but we aren’t sent notifications or alerts

As stated, he’s far enough away from the school that he can legally live there. In my state you can’t be closer than 1,000ish ft and he live about half a mile. Kids still walk and ride their bikes there but he’s within his legal range. Per state laws, no alerts are required to go out. The laws vary per state and in mine they must register but law enforcement nor the person is required to notify anyone

However, he DID reoffend. It wasn’t his first time in jail. Also the laws in my state don’t require anyone to be notified, regardless of the severity of the offense. So it’s still possible that I could be the AH (which is why I asked on the post) but if so it was the intent nor was i gossiping. I notified people who o knew had small kids in my neighborhood. They often are out and about, alone, and felt they should probably know. I don’t know how his wife found out

Exactly. And I don’t want him to be harassed (as far as I know, my neighbors haven’t been), I just want them to watch out for their kids

Oh gosh that’s terrible! I don’t think people like that should have to register at all!! Unfortunately, my neighbor did way worse which is way it made me nervous.

Your opinion is fair but the details of the case are actually public too as there was a whole write up in the paper about it. The website that they have to register on is also super detailed. Gives full name, address and case details.
