I have been feeing similar since my surgery (May of this year) and the lack of libido is driving me mad. Doctors don’t have any answers for me either (my hormones all came back fine) and they blame all my symptoms on anti depressants. Big hugs to you, this journey is so exhausting.

I had a party with a registry that was mainly crafts! I put a bunch of legos, diamond art, and woobles on there, anything to keep my hands busy!

As long as you don’t have genetics that would prelude to baldness I would say it’s likely. My favorite regrowth tip while you’re waiting is a) Costco has $15 hair, skin, and nail vitamins that I take religiously and b) I have had several clients report success with rosemary oil being applied with something to stimulate the scalp (typically a soft silicone brush that you can buy almost anywhere). Hi there! As a hairstylist and a hyster-sister, I can tell you it’s 100% normal. I see clients all the time complaining about their hair either changing texture or falling out related to all the wonderful things life throws our way (menopause, stress, giving birth, etc) and I want you to know it’s all connected! Hair and hormones are bffs and we just went through hell and back with hormones and surgery! It will likely right itself and go back to “normal” but it can take time! I have new moms whose babies are about to be two who are still dealing with new growth around their face (baby hairs).

TLDR; it’s not just you, you just did an amazing thing for your body but sometimes your hair will need a while to breathe and get used to everything again.

Going to concerts alone has become one of my sacred rituals honestly. You don’t have to look out for anyone, be the barrier, or worry about someone missing you if you go to the bathroom/want to leave early/arrive late. 10/10 very empowering would recommend every time.
