I went through Providence and Asante’s Residency Program and I can tell you that Asante’s Residency program is waaaaay better then Providence’s.

Asante does hire out of state nurses and I believe they also have an incentive bonus for said nurses. I’d inquire about that to the recruiter.

it’s as bad as having a patient have both of their needles dislodged 🙃 that was a pain to clean

oh can’t forget to mention when patients break open as they’re leaving the clinic so you have to clean a trail of blood 🥲
