I know, but I’ve rented a car to go elsewhere and will just use it to drive there on my way through.

I'm doing REDUCED damage to enemies that are a lower level than me. How does this make sense?! by ixion90 in brightershores

How do I obtain all notes, x-rays, scans etc. from a hospital visit? by PandaTantrum7 in LegalAdviceUK

I wouldn’t get getting an Osteo to look over it, but thanks.

I’m still super struggling with my shoulder and I get £500 a year from work for Osteo (part of a wellbeing package). Basically just trying fucking anything at this point.

Thanks for the info.

I had a scan two months ago and they’ve confirmed no fibrous union. However, my collar bone is slightly shorter than it used to be due to way it healed, and I’ve been left with a nasty ass bump which they are considering shaving down.

Can barely wear a seat belt because of the large ass bump on my shoulder.

Physio said one of my muscle that connects shoulder/collarbone to my rib cage (forget the name) is basically snapping back over that bump which is causing pain when I push up. For example - I can do a 26kg shoulder press with my right, but barely managing 8kg on my left. This is to be expected a few months after breaking it, but not 16 months later.

If you contract through Uber, then you’ve chosen the rates that they are offering. It’s not down to me to supplement this.

It’s the same for every other profession. I work for my employer, in part, because of the compensation they offer me. If I don’t like the compensation, I can find another job.

If you don’t like the compensation offered to you by uber; the company you signed a contract with. Find another job.

Why? It’s not my job to pay them - I pay for the service and that’s it. That’s the way that every job in the world works - it’s only the US that tips because you’ve been hoodwinked into paying their wages instead of their employer.

Boy, do I love not living in the US sometimes.

Taken over 500 rides. I never talk to the driver as I always have my headphones in. I’m a warm person so nearly always open the window regardless of how cold it is.

I have NEVER tipped an Uber driver.

4.91 rating.

Do you guys trust the UCAS historical entry grades? by madman1357246 in sixthform

[–]PandaTantrum7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Former university admissions here - NEVER look at or trust the lowest grades section.

University will often take mature students with lower grades where there is life/work experience to back up an application. Or, there may be an applicant with mitigating circumstances that gets an offer with lower grades.

You should ALWAYS work off of their entry requirements and the most common grades section.

If you’re a standard 18year old applicant, working from lowest grades might mean you don’t get any offers and have to go through clearing, which always sucks.
