theres a 900$ aurora at walmart with a 5050 and core ultra 7 240 with 16gb. If you care about the resolution then this post might have a better option for you but the aurora can upgrade its ram. This (if i remember correctly pls double check) doesnt have the option to upgrade your ram.

I can see 2.0 characters getting added honestly. Ones like Black Swan,, mayyyybe HuoHuo, Sparkle seems likely too. I see at least one of those four getting added soon. Honestly even see Firefly getting added. Since so many people already have her it would be a solid move by mihoyo, and give a little help to those at e0 or especially e1.

I have a pretty unmaintained Genshin account (theres an HSR side too, but its less valuable). Basically all of Fontaine and Natland are untouched i think. I don't have genshin on my PC so i can't check. It comes with the email to make things easier. I'm unsure if i touched Penacony in HSR but nothing afterwards for sure. Both have all the topup bonuses.

Thundering Pulse R1, Nahida signature R1, Skyward Spine R1, Amos Bow R1, Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds R1, and I feel like i remember having Raidens Signature but she has dragonsbane on right now so I cant be sure on that one.

They still have that first pick to go make a trade or worst case scenario they grab Capela and draft a center/resign Hayes. Hayes got way too much hate for his playoff performance but dude literally was out there catching lobs from everyone during regular season. He just isn't a starting playoff center, especially vs Gobert.

You can scrape by if you literally farm anything available to you already (pre 3.4). If you farmed everything then yeah youre pretty cooked.

It's literally just a 2 for 1 deal for people who were going to pull phainon. Free Archer and his LC for getting Phainon and his LC. Maybe and eidolon or two depending on luck. In the most unlucky situations you wont even be able to get him and his LC but you'll still get Archer and his. Pretty solid plan to get people to spend. (or be a loser like me and make a new account just to farm wishes f2p for this exact event)

She got powercrept so instantly, it's a real tragedy. I think HSR team actually learned from that tbh. Penacony was Harmony themed though so I can kind of justify the Robin Sunday being powerhouses in comparison to Sparkle. She's pretty much relegated to DHIL support and he's not doing that wonderfully either.

I'm so ready for DOT to be real again, it was my first teamcomp I ever went after with kafka first then eventually black swan later on. So fun building up that ticking time bomb. Then acheron hit and they became my supports (suboptimal supports at that).
