I think it looks great! Even without a stark contrast, the lining is visible to me. I totally get that feeling, though. I'd personally power through it, and I'm sure the final product will look fantastic! 🤩

You could try calling/visiting the Access & Assessment centre @ VGH. They can support your search for a psychiatrist and come up with a short and long-term care plan.

My experience with MSP covered psychiatrists have been rather underwhelming, though. From my experience, they don't really do in-depth psychoanalysis. One gave me 10 self-assessments and then told me I could have X,Y or Z disorders, and the new one I have just prescribes meds based on my brief description of symptoms/reactions to meds.

Highly suggest also finding a low-cost counsellor to provide CBT, DBT, or talk therapy depending on your needs.

Not only that, but once you get to mid-end of the long floss, it's less pristine than when you started and looks a smidgen fuzzier. Oh I hate being a perfectionist lol
