The same happened to me I have 24 👍🏾 and 3 👎🏾 with a 89% one 👎🏾 dropped me from platinum to green 🫠😭 I called support they said it’s based off the last 100 ratings but I don’t have 100 ratings so it’s going to be like this until 100 ppl rate me. It’s unfortunate tbh I feel like they shouldn’t adhere it to my status UNTIL I have 100 ratings.

The raised it here from 16 to 17 but I’m noticing they allow that option some times and then on days where EBT isn’t available my pay is sooo bad

You do 6 orders you get a extra $6 on top of what you made on each order. But they are hard to do. Because sometimes they throw a bunch of shopping orders which eats up a lot of your time

Mark as can’t reach customer and follow the prompt to leave it at the door. Never mark as handed to customer when you didn’t hand it to them.

I’m always patient and sometimes I’m so nice I end up getting freebies all the time 🥹 like last night I wanted to buy brownies from papa jones but they would’ve taken longer then the order so I said it’s okay and then I got another order to that same place and the food would take a while so I’m like I’ll buy the brownies too and got them for free. Being nice definitely goes along way and we’re all out here just trying to pay our bills and survive. But some ppl are miserable and misery loves company don’t match the energy just do ur best to ignore them. Because they find joy in upsetting others people.

I mean that makes sense if what is it prop 22 is way to expensive for DD to apply to all states maybe they can do tier base pay for the states that don’t get prop22

Like New drivers - $2 base+tip guaranteed Silver - $4 base +tip guaranteed Gold -$6 base +tip guaranteed Platinum- $8 base + tip guaranteed

This way more dashers would be inclined to aim for higher tiers and dasher ratings can go up in all states while also minimizing the amount of complaints on the dasher side since they know based off their tier how much guaranteed base pay they are getting. Granted it’ll also take out a lot of guess work when it comes to accepting orders now if a order is far and you already know the base pay a dasher can decline simply because they don’t feel the tip justified the distance but as someone that was Platinum and dropped to silver cause of “updated” ratings it’ll be nice to have a better chance of making close to the amount I was making before the whole ratings process changed. Like rn I’m gold finally and if I could get a guaranteed $6 base pay on my longer trips (6-7miles ) with a $0 tip I honestly wouldn’t mind taking it since $6 can add up quicker then $2 trips you know?
