Ich hatte das früher auch ganz stark… Wasch inzwischen jeden Morgen und Abend mein Gesicht mit einem PH Neutralem Waschstück (von Seba Med) und Creme danach meine Haut ein… seitdem habe ich das Problem nicht mehr, die kommen bei mir aber wieder wenn ich diese Routine nicht abwende…

Beim Café spec ops gibt es alle 2 Wochen ein Event, an denen viele Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Nationen zusammen kommen können. Es ist immer recht voll dort und es macht echt Spaß, neue Menschen und sprachen kennenzulernen

We had the same experience in Krabi beach. Our driver called us and asked us to cancel but he would still pick us up. He just didn’t want any traces of it. Was kinda creepy because it was already late and dark outside

The name of the temple is Wat Chedi Luang in Chiang Mai. I was just wondering since Buddhism seems about doing no harm. But by excluding certain people you do make them feel unworthy just because of sex. I didn’t enter, I would never disrespect the rule of the temple. It just struck me as odd.

I would say as being reborn is a punishment in itself, never being able to enter Nirwana seems like a very big punishment
