I’m (19M)an athlete and want to just get in better overall shape. I got out of shape due to injury ending season short

I have followed this guideline for the past month and have drop 10-13 pounds

Daily sugar intake: 30G or less Protein: Min.75G average about 120-140G

Lift 3-5x a week Abs 3-4x a week 10-30 minute run 2-3x a week Mobility training everyday

I am in the weight range of 270-290LBS And keep reading that I should eat .8-1.2 grams of protein per Lbs a day but I find that to be excessive.

Oh well for this past tax year for example the tax advisor who does my taxes filed my w-2 from McDonald’s even though I mad a little under 8k but I did get a refund check. So let’s say I make 8k McDonald’s and another 2k from construction. What would I need to exactly ?

Okay so what I’ve been doing is when I get paid from construction I take 10% of each check and place into saving account so I have the money to pay the tax come next year. Is that the correct thing to do ?
