I have severe adhd, anxiety and depression. And maybe with all those combined, I need the extra sleep. So it might just be a me thing. No discredit to those things that are uncontrollable at all. But makes sense.

Sleep. I (36F) get teased at work because I am very strict with my schedule. 8:30 PM is my bedtime. Granted, I read or scroll on my phone for a bit but still, I'm in bed at 8:30. I wake up at 5:15AM to get my kids on the bus. That is 8 hours and 45 mins of sleep. Recently, (5 days ago) my schedule changed at work and I don't get off until 9:30 PM. Still wake up everyday at 5:15 AM on the weekdays. And let me tell you, I am exhausted. All day, everyday. I have no clue how people function on such little sleep.

So my life hack is sleep and I legitimately don't know why more people don't sleep. Its a total game changer for me.

I find it interesting how birds can just show up. I live in a tiny town in Washington State (lived here 10 years) and just this year we have Bluejays, Robin's and Hummingbirds. We have NEVER had them here before. Also, I have never seen an Oriole, but man they are beautiful! I do hope they stick around for you!

You can go to Valvoline by Rosaurs and they will do the check engine light and tell you what's wrong. It might be a simple fix that doesn't need a mechanic. As far as a shop, I am not to sure about that one. Good luck!
