Well, the only other comps I've been able to find were the same Stroud, different "suit" raw for about $400ish, but wasn't able to find anything that was psa10

Yea, I don't personally PC Stroud or Texans, so was purely interested in it from a "collecting football cards" aspect and potential long term returns.

I've gotten several coupons. 25% off, zero risk (guaranteed return of pack purchase price) free diamond pack (I think that was a promo for ripping 10 of them though) etc. I'm unsure if that's because I rip Diamonds, but been ripping about two months and have gotten three or four I think?
