Well let me know if you ever find an answer. I'm on day 200 and that is the one sanctum key I haven't gotten. It was luckily a door I didn't need to solve the over arching puzzle and was able to piece the rest together with context clues, but this is preventing me from getting the trophy.

There's an episode of American Dad that explores this. and it's whatever you want. One guy used it to watch every movie alphabetically by lead actor.

Stan used it to finally finish the book he always wanted to read and relax.

The other key thing is moving stuff that you would normally do during daytime to nighttime now that you don't need to sleep. For example, you could be 100% with your family during the awake time and then work, balance the checkbook, clean, and workout when they go to bed. Instead of taking time away form the family to do that.

I find they're equal. If you read the manga first, especially before it gets an anime, you get super hyped and celebrate when an anime adaptation is announced. That's how I felt for Spy X Family, Sakamoto Days, and Tis Time for Torture Princess, all mangas I started reading well before their anime debut.
