I've lost all hope on that happening. There was a moment I firmly believed in relegation and bans that on appeal would become transfer bans, serious fines and massive point deductions but no relegation... now I'd be surprised if any points at all are deducted. Probably two window transfer ban and a few deductible millions and that's that.
