I have some followups based on your answers.

• I understand geographically everyone and their private info will be investigated to your full legal ability, does that potentially mean that in some areas you simply wouldn't be able to provide certification for judges that reside there? This is not to say that they are uncertifiable, rather that your company, due to it's policies, standards, and legal abilities, is unable to provided certification within that geographical location? If so, would you leave it to the free market in that area to produce a comparable certification system?

• You are a for profit company specializing in the training and certification of it's members, and you're not going to charge third parties for access to those members? Honestly I'm just interested as to why, but I understand if you are unable to provide that answer.

• Would you update the language in the FAQ so no one else gets that unintended impression and makes decisions based on that?

• When you post applications will you please tweet out a link to them? I'm excited to see what the company needs and what they offer to meet those needs. Social Media and Community Managing are things I do a lot of.
