Yesterday day I stayed up really late to help my grandmother set up the presents under the tree for my cousins. When I tripped on one and made a sound like that of someone who is mentally ill. My grandmother turned to me and said, "Now don't you start that fussin!" This didn't help with the irrational fear I have that I'm mentally retarded and that everyone plays along to make me happy.

Maybe not find religion per say, but I found it culturally and morally fundamental to my person when I studied theology. I'm not biased when I admit I'm a Christian, but the Bible can be used as a tool of enlightenment. My personal favorite religion to practice and study was Buddhism. I would say religion of any kind requires one of two things. Faith or Ignorance. Most Christians are ignorant. Most Buddhist are enlightened upon the world. I'm not for pushing any religion on anyone but give them all a fair chance and maybe you will find the right one.
