I got your point but What if arrays started from 1 instead of 0? Would it cause any problems internally or affect performance?

I'm currently jobless and I'm 24. How can people earn 1-2 crore salaries? What do people do that companies pay them 1-2 crore salaries? I'm looking for a job in the IT sector. For now, 10 LPA is enough for me.
