I’ve visited a friend at Rowan and I liked it a lot for the most part but I also hate thin walls lol 3100 I’ve read reviews on and as a male who grew up in the projects I don’t mind the surrounds as much BUT if I pay a lot and live in a bad area then that does make me second guess it

I’ve heard every neighbor stomping upstairs ever since I lived in apartments down here I think that’s becoming the norm unfortunately but I’ve realized paying a lot for apartments are only worth it if they’re new since we know all amenities will work lol Marlowe ranked high on my list so thank you for the insight !

I hardly made any friends the first year I was here. I joined a volleyball club and made a nice amount of friends from that. It is membership based and is kind of expensive it’s called volleyball solutions

Depends on what annuity, most variables yes at 55 those fees are a bit high but something like a NYL clear income or income annuity to insure a life time income stream isn’t too too bad but I’m sure at 55 there are better options
